Do you have a travel guarantee?

We have arranged a travel guarantee at Kammarkollegiet. This means that you can receive compensation if your trip is canceled or interrupted if we should be affected by insolvency.

What happens if I injure myself or lose my belongings?

No Connection cannot assume responsibility for any costs incurred in the event of damage or loss of personal property. In the event of illness or accident that requires evacuation of participants, the payment responsibility lies with the participants themselves. Some activities may involve risk-taking if our safety procedures are not followed. If damage should occur when participating in our activities that are not due to incorrect handling of material caused by us, No Connection can not be held responsible. It is a good idea to check your accident insurance before you go on a trip.

How is the payment made?

Once you have filled in the form and booked your trip, you will receive an invoice with the booking fee via email. Once the booking fee has been paid, your place is secured and you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. 30 days before departure, an invoice will be sent out with the remaining amount. You can also choose to pay the full amount directly. If the trip is booked within 30 days before departure, the full amount will be paid directly via invoice from us. The amounts can vary depending on which adventure you choose to go on.

What about cancellation?

  • If canceled later than 5 weeks before arrival, the booking fee will not be refunded.

  • If canceled later than 14 days before arrival, No Connection will retain 100% of the value of the booking. Exceptions apply when presenting a medical certificate.

  • We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the adventure in the event of too few participants or unforeseen events. If this happens, the full amount will be refunded.

Is there an emergency number in case something should happen?

Absolutely! There is always an emergency telephone on site, an old honest button telephone where your next of kin numbers are and your next of kin will have access to that number before departure.
