Your Obligations:

Maintain the raft & cabin well and follow applicable regulations.

You are responsible for all damages to the property and its inventory caused by you or anyone in your party due to negligence.

Do not use the cabin for any purpose other than what was agreed upon at booking.
-
Do not allow more people to stay overnight than you specified at the time of booking.
-
Violation of the no-smoking policy in the cabin will be charged a fee from SEK 2,000.
-
The minimum age for at least one person in the party is 18 years.
Booking & Payment:

When you book, you pay 20% of the total amount to secure your place & booking.
-
A booking confirmation will be sent to you after this amount is paid.
-
The remaining amount will be invoiced to you 8 weeks before arrival and must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
-
If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the entire amount is paid immediately.
-
You must pay the price invoiced for your booking, plus or minus any changes in taxes or other unforeseen costs that occur.

Payment must be made to us within the dates specified on the invoice/confirmation.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?

If you do not pay the booking fee on time, we have the right to cancel your booking.
-
If you miss the final payment of the booking, this will be considered a cancellation on your part.
Cancellation Policy:
-
You can cancel your stay at no extra cost up to 30 days before arrival (minus the booking fee, which is binding at the time of booking).
-
For cancellations later than 30 days before arrival, No Connection retains 100% of the booking value.

Exceptions apply with a presented medical certificate.
-
Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you have received a written confirmation from No Connection.
Your Rights:

If No Connection does not provide the cabin in the promised condition or at the right time, and is unable to offer you another equivalent alternative, you have the right to terminate the agreement and receive compensation 1 minus what you have already used.
What happens if I get injured or lose my belongings?

No Connection cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred in the event of damage or loss of personal property.
-
In the event of illness or accident requiring guest evacuation, the payment responsibility lies with the guest.

Some activities may involve risk-taking if our safety procedures are not followed. If damage occurs during participation in our activities that is not due to incorrect handling of materials caused by us, No Connection cannot be held responsible. It is a good idea to check your accident insurance before you go on a trip.
What happens if we have booked and there is a thunderstorm? Can you still stay there?
It depends on how strong the storm is. We have tested staying at Raven in all weathers. But if the storm & thunderstorm is too strong, we will not allow you to stay at Raven for safety reasons. Then you will get back 20% of the total amount and can stay in the cottage on land instead.

That you are informed of all significant changes relating to your booking.

That you have access to the raft from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival to 1:00 PM on the day of departure, unless otherwise confirmed.
Force Majeure:

Please note that No Connection cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, fire, labor disputes and strikes, natural disasters, technical problems, transportation difficulties, government decisions, pandemic outbreaks, terrorist attacks or similar unforeseen events. We ask for your understanding in this matter and refer you to your insurance company.

Cleaning is included in the price.

Bed linen & towels are provided.

All activities are at your own risk.

You are responsible for handling raw materials and the food you prepare. (Cozy package)

8 weeks before departure, we will send the final invoice. If you book within 8 weeks, that information is sent directly.

Alcohol & Drug Policy: It is allowed to bring your own drinks if it is done responsibly and does not disturb the surroundings in any way. It is not allowed to bring or consume drugs.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TOURS

Issuer and package organizer: No Connection
-
A Package Tour refers to an arrangement that has been designed before an agreement has been made and that consists of several different parts, such as transport or accommodation or any of these services in combination with another tourist service. Accommodation in combination with guidance, food, activities, etc. can thus constitute a package tour, provided that the arrangement lasts more than 24 hours or includes overnight accommodation, the tourist service does not constitute an insignificant part of the arrangement and is sold or marketed for a common price or separate prices that are linked to each other. Only rental of accommodation such as cottage rental is not a package tour.

As an organizer, No Connection is responsible to you for what you have to demand as a result of the agreement. Information in catalogs, brochures and on the website is binding for No Connection, but may be changed before an agreement is made if a clear reservation has been made and you are clearly informed of the change. No Connection reserves the right for any printing or proofreading errors.

As an organizer, No Connection is obliged to ensure: That you receive a confirmation of your booking and other necessary documents. That information is provided on how payment is to be made and that you are otherwise informed about other matters of importance for the Package Tour. That the Package Tour corresponds to the description on the confirmation.

Booking & Payment:

Upon booking, the booking fee is payable to secure the reservation (Price may vary depending on the retreat). Upon receipt of this payment, a booking confirmation will be issued. The booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date and may be invoiced or paid via a provided link. If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the entire amount is payable immediately. The client shall pay the invoiced price for the booking, subject to any adjustments for taxes or other unforeseen costs. Payment shall be made within the dates specified on the invoice/confirmation.
Late Payment:

Failure to pay the booking fee within the stipulated time shall entitle No Connection to cancel the booking. Failure to pay the final balance of the booking shall be deemed a cancellation by the client.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in No Connection retaining 100% of the booking value. Exceptions may be made upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Cancellations are not valid until a written confirmation is received from No Connection.
Client Rights:

In the event that No Connection fails to provide the accommodation in the promised condition or at the agreed time, and is unable to offer a comparable alternative, the client shall be entitled to terminate the agreement and receive a refund, less any portion of the booking already utilized.
Liability for Damages and Losses:

No Connection shall not be liable for any costs arising from damage or loss of personal property. In the event of illness or accident requiring guest evacuation, the guest shall bear sole responsibility for all related expenses. Certain activities may involve inherent risks if safety procedures are not followed. No Connection shall not be held liable for any damages occurring during participation in activities that are not attributable to negligent handling of materials by No Connection.
Insurance:

Clients are advised to obtain appropriate accident insurance prior to travel.
Obligations of No Connection:

No Connection shall provide a written confirmation of the booking.

That the purchaced services match the description.

Clients shall be informed of all material changes concerning their booking.
Force Majeure:

No Connection shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, fire, labor disputes, natural disasters, technical problems, transportation difficulties, governmental decisions, pandemic outbreaks, or terrorist attacks. Clients are referred to their insurance providers for coverage of such events.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TOURS:

A Package Tour is defined as an arrangement designed prior to the conclusion of an agreement, comprising multiple components such as transportation, accommodation, or a combination thereof, along with other tourist services. Accommodation combined with guidance, meals, and activities may constitute a Package Tour, provided that the arrangement exceeds 24 hours or includes overnight accommodation, the tourist service is not an insignificant part of the arrangement, and the services are sold or marketed at a combined or linked price. The rental of accommodation alone, such as a cabin, does not constitute a Package Tour.

As the organizer, No Connection is responsible to the client for the fulfillment of the agreement. Information in catalogs, brochures, and on the website is binding, but may be amended prior to the agreement with clear notification to the client. No Connection reserves the right to correct any printing or proofreading errors.

As the organizer, No Connection shall:
-
Provide confirmation of the booking and other necessary documents.
-
Provide information on payment procedures and other relevant matters concerning the Package Tour.
-
Ensure that the Package Tour corresponds to the description in the booking confirmation.
-
