SLOW CRAFTS RETREAT

Join us for a weekend where we swap our phones and the constant stream of information for grounded, slow activities—so we can return to a more balanced state.
We’ll find presence through relaxed, no-pressure time together as we learn the basics of knitting, cook over an open fire, and enjoy an open sauna with cold dips and natural products. For those who want to soothe the nervous system even further, we also offer somatic movement and breathwork.
Slow Craft: Learn the basics of slow crafting through the meditative rhythm of knitting. Craft becomes a path to presence, stillness, and focus. A beginner’s kit is included.
Fire Craft: An introduction to cooking over an open fire. Together, we’ll explore the fundamentals of tending the flames and creating nourishing meals from scratch. All meals during the retreat are included.
Somatic Movement & Breathwork: We’ll guide you through breathwork and somatic movement to help balance the nervous system.
Nature Spa & Recovery: Sauna, invigorating cold dips, and self-care with natural products in the calm of the forest.
Local Food Philosophy: We enjoy nature-close food made from ingredients that are kind to both your stomach and the planet.
Human Connection: We trade digital noise for real community—easygoing time together and conversations that can unfold around the fire.
A Genuine Nature Experience: A weekend in the wilderness where we come home to ourselves and wake in step with spring.
Price: 6950 SEK
Early bird: 5500 SEK
You only pay the booking fee now, which is SEK 1,500. This fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival, and a payment link will be sent by email together with other information about the retreat. The early-bird price is valid until February 20 2026.

A packing list, further information, an invitation to the WhatsApp group chat, and an emergency contact number for your next of kin will be sent to you before the retreat.

Arrival is at 12:00 on May 1, when check-in takes place and we’ll have soup lunch together

The retreat ends May 3 13.00. Transfer goes back 13.00.

The nearest train station is Mora Station. You can book a transfer by emailing info@no-connection.se.The cost is SEK 500 per person for a round trip. Pick up Mora Station: 10.30.

This is a phone-free retreat, which means you will hand in your phone upon arrival.
