Feeling overstimulated? Maybe it's time for a digital and dopamine reset.

THE LOST ART OF REST

A restorative retreat in the Swedish wilderness.

Meet the Team

When was the last time you truly rested? And didn't feel guilty about it.

We've learned to do more, achieve more, and be available all the time. But somewhere along the way, we forgot the art of doing nothing. To rest without guilt. To simply be, without the need to achieve. To let time pass without feeling the need to fill it.  This is why we're inviting you to The Lost Art of Rest. A three-day, off-grid retreat deep in the Swedish wilderness. A weekend to slow down, breathe a little deeper, reconnect with nature and rediscover the simple joy of doing nothing.

Feeling overstimulated? Maybe it's time for a digital and dopamine reset.

Our minds are constantly exposed to information, notifications and digital distractions, leaving little room for genuine rest.

Research suggests that reducing screen time can improve sleep quality, lower perceived stress and support mental well-being. Spending time in nature has also been linked to improved mood and a greater sense of calm.

During this retreat, we step away from digital stimulation and embrace a slower, more natural rhythm. Through breathwork, time outdoors, creativity and moments of stillness, we create space for the mind to unwind and our attention to return to the present.

It's not about eliminating dopamine. It's about changing our relationship with constant stimulation and rediscovering the pleasure of life's simplest moments.

The location

Deep in the Swedish wilderness, surrounded by endless forests, mountains and a quiet lake, you'll find Navardalen.

Life here is different. We live off-grid, without electricity, running water or the constant distractions of the modern world. We collect water from nature, heat our homes with firewood and let the rhythm of the seasons shape our days.

Mornings begin slowly. Days are spent outdoors, breathing fresh air, gathering around fires, swimming in the lake and enjoying the little things we so often overlook. Out here, nature sets the pace. And something happens when we allow ourselves to follow it.

Without constant notifications, endless to-do lists and the pressure to always be productive, there's finally room to breathe. To think. To feel. To simply exist. We believe there's something deeply restorative about returning to a simpler way of living. Where time isn't measured by how much we accomplish, but by the moments we actually experience.

In Navardalen, we don't need to escape into nature. We're already part of it.

And for a few days, we invite you to experience that too.
